Soft Banana and Almond Cake

Recipe Information

Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Mash the mini bananas and mix them with the sugar, eggs, vanilla, almond flour, 00 flour and baking powder.
Pour the mixture into a greased and floured pan.
Bake for 35-40 minutes until the cake is golden and cooked in the center.
Let it cool, sprinkle with icing sugar and serve with lemon whipped cream for a touch of freshness.

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe mini bananas

  • 150 g almond flour

  • 100 g of 00 flour

  • 100 g of sugar

  • 3 eggs

  • 1 sachet of baking powder

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • Powdered sugar (for dusting)

  • 200 ml of fresh cream

  • Zest of a lemon
