Recipe Information
Mash the mini bananas and mix them with the egg, milk, sugar, flour and baking powder to obtain a smooth batter.
Heat a non-stick pan and pour small amounts of batter to form mini pancakes. Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook the other side.
Mix the mascarpone with the maple syrup until creamy.
Serve the hot pancakes with a dollop of maple mascarpone, slices of caramelized mini banana and a drizzle of melted chocolate.

3 ripe mini bananas
150 g of flour
1 egg
200 ml of milk
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
250 g of mascarpone
2 tablespoons maple syrup
Melted dark chocolate (for garnish)
