Mini Bruschetta with Bananas and Ham

Recipe Information

Grill the bread slices in the oven with a little olive oil until crispy.
Cut the mini bananas into thin slices.
On each slice of grilled bread, arrange a few slices of banana, a little honey and a slice of prosciutto.
Garnish with fresh basil leaves and a drizzle of balsamic vinegar.
Serve immediately as an appetizer or aperitif.

  • 1 baguette or ciabatta bread, sliced

  • 6 mini bananas

  • 100 g of ham

  • 2 tablespoons of honey

  • Fresh basil leaves

  • Balsamic vinegar

  • Olive oil
