Mini Bananas with Ricotta and Honey

Recipe Information

Cut the mini bananas in half lengthwise.
Heat a pan and grill the bananas for 2-3 minutes until lightly browned.
Mix the ricotta with the honey, cinnamon and lemon zest.
Arrange the grilled bananas on a plate, garnish with the honey ricotta and sprinkle with toasted almonds.
Serve immediately, preferably while still warm.

Ingredients

  • 6 mini bananas

  • 200 g of ricotta

  • 3 tablespoons of honey

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  • Zest of a lemon

  • 50g toasted almonds, chopped
